Support requests from customers without Subscription or Software Assurance can be handled by purchasing packages of support hours. A support package can contain 3, 5 or 10 hours of support services. These can be used to charge a personal support account. Any support services provided will be subtracted from that account at quarter hour intervals. The first 30 minutes spent reporting/registering the incident do typically not count towards the account. If a solution can be provided with minimal efforts within that time this will also not be charged.
The claim on the support hours expires after 6 months.
Technical support is generally available for the last versions respectively of the current and previous release cylce.
