Sometimes after a crash or critical error Outlook will disable third-party addins that it thinks might have played a part in causing the error. To reenable them, follow these steps:

  1. On the Outlook main menu, go to Help|About Microsoft Office Outlook:

  2. Then, on the About screen, click the Disabled Items button:

  3. Select Lucatec® Mask from the list.
  4. Click the Enable button.
  5. Restart Outlook.
