Sometimes after a crash or critical error Outlook will disable third-party addins that it thinks might have played a part in causing the error. To reenable them, follow these steps:
- On the Outlook main menu, go to Help|About Microsoft Office Outlook:
- Then, on the About screen, click the Disabled Items button:
- Select Lucatec® Mask from the list.
- Click the Enable button.
- Restart Outlook.
